360U provides softball and baseball training to athletes ages 8-18 through private lessons, small group sessions, various camps, team trainings & more. Our 360U Team of Softball & Baseball Instructors are trained professionals with first hand experience in the sport they coach. Through our carefully designed approach of skills-based development partnered with mental training, our promise is to leave your athlete feeling confident in themselves and their improved abilities.
Our off-season offerings include a variety of services such as 6-week fall/winter training programs for athletes, team training camps, private 360U coaches clinics for your program & full facility rentals at both our Appleton & Oshkosh locations!

Our baseball and softball instructors are handpicked and have first hand experience in the sport. They are leaders, teachers, mentors, problem solvers! They inspire, encourage and become life long supporters! They recognize things beyond the game in their athletes.

OUR INSTRUCTION
Softball and baseball are different sports, period. We will not train them together, and will not have coaches train a sport they haven't played in themselves. Outside of camps, our softball and baseball training will never exceed 4 athletes to 1 coach.
