PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW: Cancellation of a Lesson or Session In order to be mindful of our 360U friends, family, and staff, please be courteous and notify us promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson or session. This is how we can best serve the needs of our 360U friends and family. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled lesson or session, we require that you notify us via email 24 business hours in advance. Late cancellations will be considered as a “no show”. How to Cancel Your Appointment: To cancel appointments, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No Show Policy A “no show” is missing a lesson or session without canceling it 24 business hours in advance. (Example: your lesson or session is at 3 pm on Tuesday. You need to call by 3 pm on Monday). A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled lesson or session will be recorded as a “no show”. The first time there is a “no show”, you will be sent an email alerting you to the fact that you have failed to show up for a lesson or session and did not cancel within the specified time frame. A copy of the email will be held on file. If there is a second “no show”, a fee of $25.00 will be billed to your account and sent to your home. This fee covers administrative tasks and facility space associated with your lesson or session. This fee will need to be paid in full within 30 days of the missed lesson or session. Three follow-up “no shows” in a 12-month period of time will result in full billing of the scheduled lesson or session.
