• OUR 360U TEAM •

The instructors on our 360U Team embody everything we teach our athletes to strive to be. Not only do we all share the same views on the softball x's & o's, but we share the fundamental belief that our athletes' success on the diamond is a direct result of being balanced, well-rounded & CONFIDENT young women who are accountable to themselves and everyone around them. Our experiences playing at the highest level of collegiate fastpitch softball, paired with our passion and commitment to the young women we serve provides an elite, high-quality, and athlete-focused approach to our instruction.

Our teaching methods are congruent across all of our Team, allowing athletes to move seamlessly from instructor to instructor while hearing consistent mechanical concepts that are presented in various ways, along with hearing unique mental training tips from each of our instructor's personal experiences!
