Served as the Director of Operations at Players Choice of the Fox Cities
Co-founder of the Panther Baseball club where he coached the 15U softball team to a USA World Series Championship and ASA WI Class A Championship

In 2017 season, Coach Beyer lead the  UW Oshkosh Titans to their first NCAA Super Regional Tournament games since 1988. Beyer, who owns a 101-42 record in four seasons coaching the Titans, became just the third UW-Oshkosh coach to reach 100 victories, while his .706 winning percentage is the best in program history. Coach Beyer holds numerous coaching hitting records at UWO including batting average, doubles, home runs, stolen bases, slugging percentage and fielding percentage (while his 2017 team ranked 4th nationally fielding percentage).
