I just wanted to reach out and say thank you again for all of your help so far! Not only have the girls learned so much, but I myself have gained so much from being able to attend and observe all of the amazing drills you have the girls do. Our girls adore you and love coming to your facility! It's so much fun to watch them work as hard as they do with you to get better! :) It's also comforting knowing that what you stress at your facility is what we're trying to implement in our program, and for that I am so thankful!

She was so happy after her lesson - her confidence has lifted already and you are the reason. We are always encouraging, of course, but she's been at the bottom of the batting order for her two 10U seasons and just something she has struggled with, so I was just amazing to see her transformation with just the one session with you. Your positivity and warmth was so lovely and thank you for all you do for these girls - thank you for sharing your knowledge with them so they can grow. We are so excited to continue to work with you and your team.

My daughter is new to softball this year and has joined an area tournament team. That team was experienced and tenured so she’s struggled a bit with confidence and just fitting in. Her session on Tuesday was great! We left and she says to me “Mom, they made me just love softball! They were so positive!” Thank you for being positive and supporting in your teaching techniques! I can’t wait to see her continue her lessons!

I am very impressed with your genuine approach to help build and enforce a positive culture that these girls need to see and actually experience. The ship is slowly turning, but unfortunately a lot of coaches and people out there still want to coach and boss by using the iron fist. To me this is old school and is not nearly as effective as it once was. Thank you for all of your efforts to show these girls that they matter in life. Thank you for your willingness to help these girls improve not just softball skills but life and how to get after it and achieve whatever it is they want to achieve.Thank you for being such a positive influence on my daughter and reminding me how important it is to lead by positivity! I find it amazing the influence you have on her and how she can go to a grueling basketball practice and then absolutely can't wait to get to 360U to hang with you guys! Keep up the Great work! You are making a difference!!

Thank You so much for making the trip to Clintonville yesterday to put on another amazing clinic for our youth and High School Softball athletes. While observing yesterday I loved how you are able to focus on mechanics while also discussing working on overcoming the mental aspects of the game, and loved that you made it a point to point out that that softball banner needed some more dates added to it soon. I have attended many softball camps and clinics put on by lots of different colleges and organizations and I think our girls always get more out of a 360u clinic than a lot of the others I have observed and as a coach I think I always learn more that I can take back to our team practices.
Thank You

My husband and I attended the clinic "Keys to Creating a Successful Softball Athlete" that was geared for both coaches and parents. My husband and I are not coaches, but we have two daughters who play softball and a son who plays baseball. We both left the session feeling better equipped to help our children as they grow into more competitive athletes. Coach Healy, Coach Beyer, Maria, and Laura all presented information about playing/practicing offense and defense on the field, but they also discussed the importance of the mental game and building team culture. I truly appreciate the fact that all of the presenters emphasized the holistic approach to helping an athlete: all of them look at the athlete as a well-rounded individual. I truly wish all parents of softball (and even baseball) athletes in our community could have heard this presentation. My husband and I both look forward to attending more sessions geared for parents and coaches in the future. Thank you, 360u!

Thank you so much for making McKenna's 1st time such a positive and fun experience! She couldn't stop talking about it! ❤❤

"I have to be honest—my kid is not one that normally WANTS to practice. But when I asked her how it was the other night, she had a big smile on her face when she said “it was awesome!” And I didn’t even get to finish my sentence to ask her if she wanted us to sign her up for weekly sessions—“YES, YES, YES” was the answer! I can’t wait to see the results!!"

"Great facility and my daughter very much enjoyed working with Coach Hailey. I hadn’t seen McKayla smile and so attentive working with anyone on pitching. Coach Hailey is the role model I’ve hoping that McKayla could find and connect with. She was excited on the 1 1/2 drive home. I was also impressed that coach Hailey made sure I understood everything as well since we would be practicing in between lessons."

"The confidence we have seen in our daughter's hitting all around playing has been amazing. She absolutely loves coming to 360u! The positivity y'all show really makes a difference. For example, at one of her tryouts last weekend she was warming up with a girl who was a bit of a wild thrower. Fast but wild. Balls were flying all around her, it was very inconsistent and I could tell she was getting nervous. She thought she was being watched and judged because not many catches were happening. Then her throwing started looking off. After a little while I noticed she was pulling it together. Then she moved on with her tryout and did amazingly well. Her hits were dropping into left field! Anyway, as we were driving home we started talking about the girl in the beginning and our daughter told me how nervous she was feeling. Then she said she took a moment to do a little self talk, "I got this. I'm the boss. I can do it." That self talk and what she learned with you totally turned her tryout around!
Thank you for being such a great role model for these young girls!"

"360U has the positive energy from the moment you walk in. Coach Whitney did a phenomenal job in welcoming our daughter! The approach you guys have in being better at softball skills exceeded my expectations. This place is not just about softball performance but they care about our daughters feelings, thoughts and mind. When our daughter started saying “I can’t, I suck at this, but I love it”, we knew we had to get a different approach to make her trust and have confidence in herself. We believe we have found the right place for her and we are willing to drive her from Green Bay because it is SO worth it. The day after her first lesson, coach Whitney took the time in sending us a very positive note of all what she was impressed and all what she was working with our daughter. That not only made my daughters day but ours too as parents.
Great idea to all the greatest coaches in the area for coming together and create this approach that is much needed in any sport and life."

"Maria- I wanted to let you know that last night was our tryouts and she nailed it. Her hitting was incredible. She laid down all her bunts, and she hit 90% of the pitches. I would have to say that it has lot to do with you and her having that time on Monday. She was confident and smiling during her tryout. When she came off the field, I asked her, so how do you think you did? She said I had a lot of fun, and I told her, I could tell.
Words can’t express our gratitude to you and 360 team, for your time with her.
Thank you, see you soon 😄"

Excellent Job :)"

"Hailey was wonderful with my daughter. My daughter is very new to pitching and Hailey was extremely patient with her. She explained the drills step by step and also explained why each was important to the pitching process. The lesson was fun and my daughter was excited to go home and practice everything Hailey taught her. We are excited to continue learning with her! "

"Proud mom story for you! Our daughter was invited or asked to help out another team. They had an injured pitcher and asked her coach if she would want to join them. She loves softball and didn’t want to miss out on the opportunity to play high level softball. She didn’t know ANYONE on the team or the coaches! During bracket play the team was down 4-8 after the first inning and they put her in the game to pitch in the second inning! She was nervous but stayed focused! They won the game 9-8! No more runs were scored! The team lived to play again! This is not a hitting success story, but it shows the mental toughness you have taught her Side note: she did have some good at bats! :)"
7/27/18
"Our daughter attended her first 1:1 today with coach Maria and she absolutely loved it! On the drive up she was clearly nervous asking me to please not take her. I knew the first couple minutes of her talking to coach she was enjoying herself. We got in the car and she wanted to know when she could come again we even had to stop at Target on the way home so she could get a journal and write down notes to keep in her bat bag so she could read them before games. We look forward to many more visits to 360U! Thanks a million times over!"

"Hi Laura & Maria,
The Impact Fastpitch girls showed their confidence this weekend and won 1st place at the Merrill Fastpitch Tournament! She had her first double of the season too! She smacked it out between left and center field and it almost hit the fence! Coaches said you could see her smiling ear to ear at second base! Thank you for always boosting her confidence!"
"I want to tell you about her confidence when in the box. She has made such great strides since last year. Last year, while sitting with the other parents, I would hear them say “ she’s so strong and has a great swing I can’t wait to see her put it all together and get big hits”. Well this year she and the Fondy Fastpitch team have your coaches to thank for this. Your methods of instruction from basics to building confidence should be applauded. Your hard work with my daughter has helped her succeed. Just this week our Coach asked her, after one of her booming triples, “ What goes through your head when you step into the box?” Her simple reply.....”I can hit off of anybody.” That confidence wasn’t there 12 months ago and we have you to thank!!! Keep up the good work!! Hope to see you soon for more hitting and pitching instruction!"
7/22/18
"Thank you for this email and for all the work you do with her, she loves the 360U! You guys have helped her so much with her mechanics and her confidence, she’s really starting to come into her own as a softball player....she’s a much different player than she was a year ago, in hitting, defense and leadership."

"Just dropping you a line to let you know how one of your “students” did this past weekend. Playing up an age level against some tough competition, my daughter went 9-16 with a double, two walks, 3 RBI, 3 runs scored and a beauty of a sac bunt. (It woulda been 10-16 but a CF ran forever and made an AMAZING catch to rob her of double.) Nearly everything she hit was up the middle, between SS and 2b. She hit a coupla bloop liners, but the rest were all hard-hit line drives and groundballs. And, half her hits came with 2 strikes on her! (Killer on my nerves but doesn’t seem to affect her at all!)360u helped her get her start hitting-wise and really turned things around for her… fixed what needed fixin’. Now, with that good foundation under her and loads of self-confidence, she’s not only hitting… she’s hitting well. More importantly, she has proven to herself she “belongs.” (I knew a while ago, but self-esteem/confidence has a tendency to lag a bit.) She has worked hard to get where she’s at, but it all started with the lessons she received (and continues to receive) from Coach Laura and Coach Maria. And it’s not just the hitting part of the lessons either. It’s also the mental approach discussions, the confidence building, the positivity, the… well, everything. Thank you so much for helping my daughter take that next step!"

"Hi coaches!!!
Maria, we won’t see you til August now and just had to tell you that she was on FIRE this weekend in her last tourney! She started with a strike out looking (ah!) and we could see her frustration from the bleachers but she battled back! The teams second game in the pouring rain she was up with 2 outs and 2 girls on base and we needed to score, she crushed a double and 2 scores made it in! Next at bat she again smacked the ball getting to first, but allowed another 2 girls to score! Moving to the next day, her streak continued with a few singles and then she did everything perfect and hit a triple! Her confidence at bat is 100% thanks to your coaching and techniques! Wrightstown went 2-2 for their games, they were very fun to watch this season!!!"
7/14/18
"I cannot wait to tell you though, the Cardinals 10u team took first place in their Wautoma tournament this weekend! They won all three of their games! She even hit off a pitcher!!! You ladies coach many of these young ladies and they would not be successful without all of you at The U as well! They played phenomenal but most importantly they stayed positive, encouraged one another, and had fun!! Thank you for leaving a lasting impression on them, as they continue on their softball journey!"

"Hello, just an update. In our first lose or go home game she came up as time expired. 2 on 2 out down by one. First off, out of confusion as she stepped into the battery box the ump called game because of time limit. After figuring out the rule the at bat started, she got to a 2-2 count and their coach called a time out to talk to his pitcher. The next pitch she hit past the left fielder for a stand up go ahead triple. She had every opportunity to let her positive attitude and her mental toughness slip away, but she said she was calm. They ended up winning in extras. We just wanted to thank you for everything you have done for her. What you are instilling in her has helped some much in the last couple of years."

"Just wanted to pass along a success story for us. When I started working with this group 6 years ago we really struggled to even compete in games. The girls were frustrated. But they worked at their sport. And it finally happened for them in Freedom yesterday. 1st place. Can't tell you how super proud of them I am. They worked their butts off to get where they are. And most are following what you had taught them over the winter."
6/14/18
"I was going to wait until after this weekend to give you a progress report on Courtney but since she hit so awesome tonight I couldn't wait to tell you! Her first up to bat she hits a triple to get in 2 runs then next she hits one all the way to the fence for a home run!! (She had her wheels going!) I couldn't believe the difference from Monday's game to tonight's game. When we got in the car I asked her what the heck Maria told her. She said she kept her water! After struggling this first couple games of the season and watching her confidence drop a bit I'm so glad I could get her in yesterday. She really does love going to you girls!"

"I can’t help but to let you guys know this...
Our 8U tournament/travel team is all first year players. Our team was down 11-2 after 3.5 innings. We ended up coming all the way back to win 12-11. To top it off, Olivia came up to bat, down 1 run, 2 outs and she delivered the game winning, walk off 2 RBI double. This was their first official tournament game and it was so incredible to be a part of it. I may or may not have shed a few tears with her while hugging her after the game. I’ll never forget the moment of watching these girls realize they can come all the way back and win their first ever game. In 4 games, she reached safely in 8 of 10 ABs and no strike outs. Thank you guys!"
6/10/18
I wanted to send you an update on our daughter. From last year and beginning of this year she was at the bottom of the batting order, with in 3 games this year she is now there lead off batter. Last night at her games she got on base 3 of the 4 times with her first being a double and the out was a pop fly. Thank you so much for all your hard work with these girls and we will see you soon as we will be continuing coming to you."

"Just thought I'd send ya an update on a 360u student...She had her first game of the summer this evening. She was 2-2 at the plate. (The team had 3 total hits.) Her first hit was a SCREAMING line drive right back up the middle. The pitcher wasn't even done with her post-pitch movement when the ball ricocheted off her arm. She never had a chance. (thankfully she was okay.) Second hit was a line drive right over 2b. That's all I got. Just thought I'd share. :-) She owes a lot to you ladies. Thanks."

Abby,
Thanks for the follow up and detailing what you guys worked on during her session. It is nice to see the commitment you have to the player after the lesson and even during the lesson. She left very excited and energized to do more with Softball, this is her first time playing the sport and it didn’t start out with her enjoying it. I will give you kudos after the session she was asking to go back and learn more she also really enjoyed your coaching style. As I mentioned we tried other facilities and coaches and it never was fun for her and after Thursday session she was climbing off the walls. I will go online and register her for some more lessons as we have her first tournament this weekend up in Depere. I also would like to throw some pitching work with her as that was most of the lessons we did at another facility.
Thanks again and we look forward to more time at 360U!"

Just have to say thank you. This was just a 2 game sample, but I can only see it building from here. When we started hitting open gym in late Dec and then coming to 360U for hitting sessions in the proceeding months, Olivia would hit maybe 1 of 30 pitched balls and I am not exaggerating. She is a good athlete but can get down on herself quickly when things don’t go her way. But what I saw yesterday in our first two games was almost a different person. She was confident, smiling and having fun all day. Not only did she hit the ball, but she went 4-5 and didn’t strike out. Her first hit of the season was a line drive over the third basemen’s head. She has even been a leader on the team. I am extremely proud of her not just for what she did at the plate and field as our 2nd Basemen but even more so for the positive attitude she brings and her willingness to work hard every practice and game. When I watch her approach the plate confidentially, go through her routine, and then lock and load, I know that it wouldn’t have been possible without your help.

"Hannah had an awesome hard single and got an RBI from a sacrifice fly ball to win one of her games today. BUT, the thing that my husband and I were both so happy to hear and see was how positive she was after she struck out swinging in one her games. Her mental game has improved so much and it showed today in her first tournament of the season. Your work with the girls on their mental game is huge! I just had to tell you because you would have been so happy to see what you've practiced actually come through during game time. 😊"

"When I hit my first homerun, I surprised myself and I don't think anyone else was really expecting it either. In the first half of the game I had two strikeouts and an error in the field. It was unlikely that anything good was going to happen for me that game. After a pitching change, I was up to bat and used the mental approach that I developed at 360U. I just told myself 'here we go, you got this, don't worry about before' and the second pitch of the at bat I smashed it over the fence."

Laura, Maria and the rest of 360U team,
Wow!! You guys made the Wrightstown Girls Softball Camp an awesome success. On the behalf of the entire WGSA Club I wanted to take the time to thank the 360U team. Never before has it been this easy to run a camp for our program. The way you guys handled every aspect of the camp made our lives easy. From the online sign up, gym set up and running the entire camp we were totally hands off. Our coaches loved the fact that they could just watch and take notes. In total 51 girls attended in 2 separate groups and the feedback was nothing but great. Thanks for making our camp a great success.
-Shawn Cornelissen, Wrightstown Girls Softball Association (WGSA)
Maria and Laura –Southern Door Youth Softball sends our most sincere “Thank You”. You and your staff put together a tremendous camp. We were very impressed with the way your team could manage all the age groups and cater drills to everyone’s skill level. Our Athletes and Coaches learned many new ways to build upon our existing skill level which is exactly what we were looking for. In addition, I want to give special thanks for the time focused on the mental aspects of the game. Mental toughness and confidence is often overlooked so we were extremely impressed how much emphasis 360U put on this. Thank you for sharing your personal stories and helping to shape the lives of the young women at Southern Door.

Hi Ladies! I just wanted to thank you again for helping ! You are both a blessing to us and we really appreciate you! Watching you work with these young girls is amazing! Your ability to pin point flaws in her swing and effectively make the correction is very impressive! The positive energy that you bring each and every day is refreshing and such a great learning environment for my daughter. You are both fantastic role models for aspiring college softball players on and off the field.
Have a great holiday ! We look forward to seeing you soon!

Maria, I just wanted to thank you for working with my daughter the last couple weeks. She has made so much improvement in only a couple lessons it just amazes me. After watching her struggle with her batting the last half of the summer, it was a sigh of relief to see the issues fixed so quickly. She said the way you explained things to her were really clear and easy to understand. So thank you!! You are a very talented teacher to these young ladies! I appreciate everything you do!!

I just wanted to thank Laura for working with my daughter last night. You did an incredible job in such a small amount of time. That was the first time I heard her new bat sound the way it's supposed to. My daughter had so much fun with you and can't wait to see you again!! Thanks again.

"360U was highly recommended to us when we were looking for quality softball hitting instruction for our daughter. We were immediately impressed with the personable staff and their ability to quickly identify, suggest, and teach specific corrections which improved her swing. We love the positive energy at 360U but most importantly, our daughter loves going there!"

"360u came highly recommended to us for our 9-year-old daughter. We could not be more happy taking a leap of faith with 360u, WOW! What an experience, after our daughters first time visiting the new facility she has asked every day when she could go back. She has an extreme interest in softball but gets discouraged when she would make a mistake. After one day, only one hour, Maria instilled all these positive thoughts in our daughter, that we have been trying to encourage for, well forever. Sometimes it takes more than your parents telling you, you can do something. Our daughter cannot wait to go back to The U and have practice with Maria again. We highly recommend 360 U to all of our friends with daughters looking to become successful in softball. Thank you ladies for making a difference in our daughter's life both on and off the field!!"

"Youth sports today are so competitive. At a very early age, our girls are sometimes being told they are not ready for something yet. The position they love, maybe even a team. What the girls miss in these conversations is the “yet”. As a parent and volunteer coach, I am always looking for people who can motivate them to work hard through these developmental years or the “yet”. That is exactly why the 360U all skills clinic is so different. Unlike other clinics, it starts with personal stories that emulate the work ethic, drive, attitude and most importantly confidence that is needed to accomplish anything that is important to you. Suddenly, the 10 to 12 year old girls didn’t just see instructors, they had role models. This connection shifted their attitudes in a positive manner all morning. I saw effort and engagement. I saw focus with each new skill instruction. Most importantly, after receiving feedback, I saw smiles, sparkles in their eyes and often heard laughter.
When you bring the 360U clinic to your team, yes, your girls will get sound skills instruction. More than that, you will hand select role models that can give them something to work towards becoming."

"Unbelievable. What more can I say about the 360U team. Had a one on one with Maria tonight and was just blown away. Very professional, figured out how to connect with her, knows what to look for and helped her improve on it immediately with my daughter(9). By the time the first session was over she couldn't wait to come back and learn more. I could not believe how much I just learned by watching and listening to help her out. You will have a customer for as long as my daughters play softball."
-Matt Collies
"Quinn's(12) first private lesson was a truly unique experience. Laura was able to connect with Quinn immediately; she used games and a positive reinforcement to make every second of the lesson productive. Laura was able to adjust and tweak without causing our daughter any frustration or confusion. Quinn genuinely had a fun time while gaining valuable changes to her swing. No matter the level of your player, Laura and Maria WILL improve their swing and make them better hitters."

From the first time I contacted 360U regarding your All Skills clinic to following up with everything afterwards, the communication has been absolutely amazing. I could truly tell that they cared about every single girl that attended. Jordan (UW Oshkosh player) you definitely have a way with the girls!! From the breaking down of their swing, defensive drills, base running and the importance of communication, I am positive that each one of the girls walked out that day with their heads a little higher. Thank you again to Laura and the rest of the 360U staff for coming to Oconto Falls and being such great role models to young athletes.

"Thanks again for getting us in this morning. My husband must not have gone to any of the sessions that we had with you last summer. He is SO impressed with what he saw you do with our daughter and her group today. He's a baseball guy (played in high school and college), and so, he really appreciated the time you took today to go over hitting techniques. You are definitely helping her in so many ways; I am hopeful these lessons will give her confidence when she's up to bat this spring/summer. Thanks again for everything!"

"Being new to 360U I can't say enough at how impressed I am. My daughter recently attended their defense clinic and Laura and her team were phenomenal. Breaking the attendees up into small groups, each with an instructor, enabled the girls to practice the fundamentals taught and have a chance to do so more than once. My daughter also recently attended their hitting session which was exceptional as well. Once again, Laura and Maria broke the girls up into smaller groups to offer more hands on practice. Maria continually gave my daughter positive reinforcement and constructive feedback on ways to improve the strength in her hitting. Laura and her team at 360U do a fantastic job and are tremendously knowledgeable with what they do with the young girls that attend. I would highly them to anyone looking to enhance their daughters softball game!! Thank you tons ladies and will definitely be returning for more!"

Knowing how hard it is to sometimes connect with a group of girls who you’ve never met, never worked with and who you’re going to be coaching for the next 2 hours, I was very impressed with how quickly Laura was able to connect with our youth girls. They were instantly drawn to her and her team’s instruction. Laura and her 360U helpers were able to break down the mechanics and fundamentals of hitting in a way that our girls were able to understand and then put into action during their hitting drills. They utilized fun, different ways to teach the girls. In addition, not only did our girls leave after learning a lot about hitting from them, but they had a ton of fun doing so! Laura was full of energy, having fun with the girls, but yet keeping them focused in on what they were learning. I highly recommend Laura and the 360U team for any age group. They really did a fantastic job!

Coach Laura, Coach Maria and the rest of the 360U group was absolutely amazing. We loved that fact that they came right into our town and put on a clinic for the youngest of our program to our high school players. They made sure that all the girls were engaged and improving on every aspect of the game to become better athletes! I was so impressed at how patient they were with our young athletes. They made them work and made it super fun all at the same time. That’s what softball and awesome coaches are all about! The 360U program is phenomenal. They do an amazing job and gear things to help the individual athlete as well as a team. We loved the team building exercises they worked on as well as all the mental portions of the game as well.
The instruction, energy and enthusiasm that your team brought to this clinic was more than we could have ever asked for. This group truly has a passion for this game and always makes sure no one is left out. We would love to have them back again next year.

"I am extremely impressed with Laura and Maria's ability to recognize a mechanical flaw and immediately communicate the issue with my daughter, which enables her to recognize and feel the flaw in her swing in real time. They recognize, they stop and explain the flaw, then give the solution to fix immediately. I love the high energy they coach with, and the awesome positive attitudes they carry when around the girls! Paeton is loving her opportunity to learn and grow with 360U! Thank you!!"-

"I feel very lucky to get to work with such awesome coaches! Every time I see them I'm welcomed with big smiles and open arms. The drills I have learned are fun and easy for me to work on at home, and they helped me with the recruiting process! In lessons you not only learn about softball, but life lessons as well. For example, my last hitting lesson with Coach Scott we talked about relationships with people and he told me to make sure I don't walk around school with my head in a book-building relationships is important! 360U has helped grow my mental game as well, when they tell me I am capable and confident I really do believe it. They are the coolest coaches around!"

I wanted to give a recommendation to 360U! Laura, Maria, Scott and the UW-Oshkosh softball players they bring to their clinics are amazing. Working with the youngest of players to the high school players they make sure that all girls are engaged and improving their skills to make them better athletes! I met Laura when she was part of another travel clinic several years ago that we brought to Coleman to work with our youth program. I was so excited to see she had teamed up with her sister and husband to continue to teach softball fundamentals and skills. In my capacity of youth softball president and high school coach I can say that the players who have attended the 360U clinics we have brought to Coleman have taken their game to the next level! So very thankful to be part of the 360U family and we look forward to continuing to work with you in the years to come.

360U provides a phenomenal clinic. Maria, Laura, Scott, and the 360U staff are exceptional in so many ways. They care about every individual player and instruct to help every player reach their full potential. I was impressed with how patient they were with the younger girls and how POSITIVE they were with all the athletes. Not only did they provide instruction on how to be better hitters, base runners, and defenders; but they were great role models demonstrating confidence, enthusiasm, and passion for the game of softball. Maria, Laura, and Scott are very humble which is clear through their work ethic and desire to help every player. I feel blessed to have them as mentors and to call them friends. Thank you, 360U!

360u did an outstanding job of not only providing quality instruction but reinforcing our program's values. Drills were organized strategically to keep athletes moving and engaged, and our program, as a whole, took a step forward as a result of our time with 360u.

That is by far the hardest I have seen her hit the ball and I am sure her confidence will be booming in no time which is what I want. She never has questioned her defense but her offense is where she needs the confidence and one hour with you it's already growing. There aren't a lot of people that get her (she is a very smart girl...we are touring Vanderbilt in spring) so for a coach to be able to relate to her and help her is a Godsend. Looking forward to seeing where she can go!!

Thank You Coach Laura, Coach Maria and the rest of the 360U Team- I can’t put into words how impressed and satisfied I am with the quality of instruction & coaching by your staff at the first of the three scheduled Hitting Clinics you are putting on for our youth Softball Program. The overall direction and guidance while breaking down and explaining the components of a quality swing in a way the girls can essily understand is second to none. Your entire coaching staff are all amazing role models for these girls not only teaching them about the great sport of Softball but also about confidence, work ethic and other important life skills. I am so extremely satisfied and happy we set up these Clinics for our girls and can't wait to see their progression week to week. Thank you for all you do!!

Good afternoon 360U, I just wanted to say thank you again for the great camp on Friday night. Morgan had a blast and the techniques you worked on with her really showed yesterday when she was hitting off the pitching machine at practice.

"I'm so glad I met up with the 360U team and set up the all-skills camp. They did a great job of teaching a well rounded camp. We did grades 3-12 and they were well organized and kept groups separated by age all the while instilling confidence by their never ending praising and positive energy. Class act for sure!!!! Never once did I see anyone left out. They truly have a passion for teaching softball and I believe they mean it when they say they want to hear of our teams progress. Thanks for making the trip and I hope to see you again soon for more team preparation. Well worth it!!!!!!"

"In my 14 years of coaching softball I have been hesitant to bring camps into our program for fear of them challenging the culture that we work so hard to create. Within the first 15 minutes of the All-Skills Camp I was so impressed with the 360U Staff and the amount they stressed the mental and teamwork aspects of this great game that I knew this wouldn't be the last time we would host this camp. As the day continued on they did a great job breaking down skills that made sense to each player no matter if they were in middle school or high school. Before the camp was halfway over I had girls asking me if we could have them back again! Our hope is to make 360U a yearly event for our program."

Can’t say enough about how well the hitting lesson went. In 15 minutes Laura was able to fix what I had been trying to correct for three years. She is a great teacher. Watching her work with my daughter was an absolute joy. The way she related to her, got her to buy in and then repeat the necessary steps (verbally and physically) was nothing short of fantastic. My daughter didn’t blink for 30 minutes…she just stared, listened and learned (and smiled). And, no offense to any male instructors out there, but I can’t stress enough how significant it is that a woman was providing the instruction. In today’s world, positive, female leadership examples are a welcomed breath of fresh air. Plus, with fastpitch… it just makes so much sense! If your daughter needs help – whether it’s a lot or just a tweak – you should seriously consider checking out 360u. I saw improvement 15 minutes into the first lesson. My daughter recognized the improvement after 15 minutes. You could see her confidence grow as the lesson went along. She loved every minute, talked nonstop about hitting on the drive home, and gave a demonstration of what she learned to her mother when we got home. My daughter spent the 2 hours after her first hitting lesson talking about her hitting lesson. I cannot recommend 360u enough. The best money I have spent in a long time.

360U Team- I can’t put into words how utterly impressed I am with, not only the quality of instruction & coaching at 360U, but the overall dedication and guidance that is showcased at your clinics. Not only are you teaching our daughters the sport of softball, you are demonstrating leadership, confidence, teamwork and countless life skills. You are astonishing mentors to these girls and you do so effortlessly. You have created an environment where softball players of all ages and levels feel comfortable and confident. In a world full of discrimination, you are helping to mold poised young girls who are kind, proud, hard-working and enjoying life.
I am so extremely grateful we have found this organization for my daughter. Thank you for all you do!

My daughter has been to only one Monday hitting session but I was extremely impressed with 360u and how they taught the different things to the girls. It also taught me a lot while I was watching on things I need to look for in her swing and some drills I should be doing to help her with her progress. I already signed my daughter for two more sessions and will be signing her up for the Aug 29th once my wife figures out what time she can make it. My only disappointment is the pitching /hitting Bootcamp on Aug 17th is filled. : ) We will get in the next one. From what I saw the first week, think its worth every penny!

"In talking to Payton after camp she came home so excited to tell us and show us what she learned. Coach Scott, Laura, Maria and all the others were amazing. Her take away besides good form and all, Payton said 'align your pony tail with your butt and align you butt with your knees.' A simple way of changing how something is. Payton can't wait until her next session/clinic etc. As a parent I just think you guys are amazing so upbeat and great with all the girls. You guys aren't just teaching softball but also confidence along the way."

"Our daughter, Maren, really enjoyed the group hitting session she participated in with 360U so we signed her up for a semi-private hitting clinic. Maria and Laura are really enthusiastic and interact so well with the girls. They also teach the girls in a way that is very easy for them to understand and follow. Maren has already asked us to sign her up for more lessons. Thank you so much!"
-Kristin Gebauer
"From the moment Sarah began working with 360U, her hitting improved. The style of instruction, the encouragement of the coaches, and the examples they use to explain the breakdown of a swing have truly clicked with her - and she can't wait to practice what she learns and come to her next lesson. They learn who the girls are on and off the field and help them build on their strengths. Love the experience of working with them and watching Sarah's giant grin after each lesson - thank you!!"

"I feel that working with 360U has improved my slapping skills tremendously over the past few months. Maria is very knowledgable about slapping and was able to give me great advice on how to effectively slap. She also does a superb job of explaining strategies of the game to me. I am very pleased with the lessons given to me by Maria and 360U."

"In the short time Morgan has worked with 360U her confidence in her hitting has improved tremendously. Maria and Morgan have a great relationship working together and the way each drill is explained makes it easy and fun for Morgan to excel. I would highly recommend any softball player who wants to take their game to the next level to use 360U!!"

"Our daughter has done just a few lessons with Laura and Maria and all I can say is WOW!! These ladies do an amazing job instilling confidence and breaking down the fundamentals. They take the time to get to know each one of the girls and really understand what each girls needs. I love that they always keep their lessons positive and upbeat!! My daughter is always beyond excited when she gets to go to a lesson with these ladies and when she walks out on to the field, I see the improved confidence and the smiles!! Which makes every lesson worth it!"

"My daughter has gained so much ground in a short amount of time while working with Maria and Laura. Each game she is hitting better and gaining more confidence each at bat. Lessons are focused AND fun, with loads of encouragement, high fives, and smiles. They've taken the time to get to know her, not just what she can do with a bat and ball. Always look forward to the next lesson or clinic and can't wait to see her improve throughout the season."

"A very technique focused camp, with the perfect amount of kids to really get a nice amount of reps in. You could tell the kids walked away with some easily explained/broken down drills of the swing. Great job 360U!!!"
-Nicole Wolfe
"Great camp with a lot of coach and player interaction. For the past couple of years, my daughter heard comments to "keep her hands inside". During the camp the coaches explained what the comment meant and what is needed to do it correctly. After this camp my daughter now has numerous drills to work on to gain the muscle memory to swing and keep her hands inside. Thanks to Scott, Laura and Maria."
-Jeff Stillman
Really well organized and very informative also loved how they paid attention to every girl. I know my daughter loved working with 360U team Thanks, Scott, Laura and Maria"
-Nils Wagendorf
"Very pleased with how the steps of the swing were broken down into easily explained segments into little drills before ending with live hitting to put it all together. All the instructors were engaged with the kids at all times even with 9 stations. Everyone from all skill levels walked away from this camp with a better idea of how to be a better hitter to the individuals style of hitting. Well done 360U!!! Very organized and well run camp!!"
-Eric Wolfe
"All of 3 of the coaches of 360U complimented each other when critiquing the swings of each player at the camp. They were all very knowledgeable and gave good feedback in different areas to each player at the camp. The drills they explained will be very useful for each player to break down their swing and in the end put each step together to complete a strong, explosive, quick, compact swing. The coaches were very engaged in each player and the understanding of what they were teaching. Great experience!"
-Michelle Birling
The coaches are wonderful and keep the learning fun. Not only did we learn new drills, but we also learned the purpose behind them.

"Our daughter started hitting lessons with Laura when she was eight years old. Right away we could see a connection with our daughter and her new coach. Laura was able to relate to our daughter and teach her hitting fundamentals using language that was easy for her to understand. Further, Laura made hitting lessons fun and our daughter looked forward to her next lesson. We have known Laura for several years and would recommend her to anyone looking for a softball coach for a player new to the game as well as someone looking for specific instruction. Our experience has been positive and we have seen our daughter’s skills develop as a direct result of her coach.”
-Shane Kiley
“You think they’re just going to be a great kid in your program who brings a lot of selflessness and hard work,” Healy said “but the fact that Maria was able to be so nice and also competitive and push herself to become this outstanding player her senior year, becoming a scholarship kid starting the number of games that she has for us, I think she’s really inspirational for kids all over the state. I think her approach and her attitude have really separated her. Even as a freshman she just worked so hard and was present every day, has a smile on her face — a kind selfless kid, always a great teammate.”
-Yvette Healy Associate Head Softball Coach University of Wisconsin - Madison
“One of the best softball decisions we made was having our daughter take lessons from Laura. From the beginning, Laura immediately instilled tremendous confidence in my daughter, confidence that she was lacking. Laura’s attention to and emphasis on fundamentals is outstanding. Yet she knows when my daughter can be pushed to a higher level of drills to achieve her goals. Laura is always encouraging and gets excited about my daughter’s achievements and helps her through any disappointments. Equally important, my daughter always looks forward to attending her hitting lesson sessions; Laura has a great personality and makes my daughter feel extremely comfortable – as a parent, this is simply so important. For any player serious about improving their hitting skills, I highly recommend that player seek out the services of Laura. Having worked with both Scott and Laura, my daughter now has the skills and tools to be the best softball player and person she can be.”

-Jean Rivett Former Head Softball Coach University of Wisconsin – Green Bay

-Kelsey Jenkins University of Wisconsin - Madison Student-Athlete
“I played for Scott and Laura Beyer for 2 years. They always pushed me to be my best and I'm very thankful for that. They showed the team and me how hard work always pays off and they always knew how to make the game fun.”
-Alyssa Cooper University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point Student-Athlete
“I played for Scott and Laura for 3 years. They taught me that hard work really does pay off and that excellence can be achieved. Their knowledge, dedication, and passion for the game has inspired me to continue playing. They not only helped me grow as a softball player, but as a person.”
-Ashley Schuettpelz St Norbert College Student-Athlete
“Scott and Laura Beyer are not only great coaches, but incredible people. They care about each player on and off the field. Playing with them has taught me that you can work hard and have fun while doing what you love.”
-Alanna Beyer University of Wisconsin – Green Bay Student-Athlete

6/08/18

You are astonishing mentors to these girls and you do so effortlessly. You have created an environment where softball players of all ages and levels feel comfortable and confident.

They take the time to get to know each one of the girls and really understand what each girls needs. I love that they always keep their lessons positive and upbeat!! Lessons are focused AND fun, with loads of encouragement, high fives, and smiles. They've taken the time to get to know her, not just what she can do with a bat and ball. "Laura is great. My daughter is going through a slump. Within the first 15 minutes of a session I could see her confidence improve. Hoping with the corrections this breaks her slump. Thanks again"

"Excellent job by both Laura and Maria! Not only did my daughter learn techniques, but also was taught in a way that made sense and she can easily apply. Love the semi-private learning environment. My daughter really connected with them, and we've been able to see an immediate impact. My daughter is asking for more lessons!!"
-Joe Settanni
"Very impressed with the 360U coaches! Well worth every penny. My daughter not only took the instruction of the coaches but it looked like she was having fun doing all the drills. Thank you 360U, we are looking forward to more camps with your instruction!!"
-Lisa Smarzinski
