Laura Beyer (Van Abel) played collegiately for UW-Stevens Point where she still maintains records in batting average, triples, and homeruns, as well as NCAA records of in single hits in a single game (6), consecutive games hit streak(29) and hitting for the cycle. Laura was a 2x team captain and starting short stop for all 4 years of her career. Since, Beyer has coached collegiately at St. Norberts, UWGB and UW-Oshkosh.

Maria Stave (Van Abel) spent her 4 years of college softball playing for the Wisconsin Badgers, where she started in center field all 4 years and served as a Team Captain.. Maria earned All-Big Ten Defense Team accolades, and was a Big Ten Champion during her time with the Badgers. Maria ranks at the top of career batting average, stolen bases, and hall-time hits at UW, and was recognized as a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and earned the Big Ten Medal of Honor.

Scott Beyer enters his 11th season as UW-Oshkosh’s head softball coach in 2024. He owns a 257-113 overall record, one NCAA Division III Championship World Series appearance, four national postseason trips, two regional titles, one WIAC regular season championship, and one WIAC tournament title with the Titans. Prior, Beyer coached at UWGB and has been administering private instruction for 15+ years.

"When (our son) came home from his lesson with Dan on Wednesday night he said he worked harder with him than he does at practice. I just wanted to let Dan know that in his's game last night I have never seen him field and throw a ball like he did last night. He was on fire and every throw was right on target! When I talked to him after the game he was so proud and confident. I will definitely continue to send my boys to 360 as long as they play the sport!"

We're so excited to have Andrew join our team after just completing his collegiate baseball career at Northern State in South Dakota. Andrew's high-level experience in baseball, paired with his degree in Physical Education, make him an awesome add to our 360U Baseball Team!

Lily is the true '360U life cycle' as she started training as an athlete with 360U over 10 years ago. Now, she's grown into an incredible instructor with hundreds of hours of 360U training and culture engrained in her. We are proud to have other young athletes learn from such a great role model! Lily has committed to UWO and will be continuing her softball journey in college!
